Who is this girl and why is she flashing her belly?

The Wonderful Jen Marchand and husband Bernard Verdonk are having a baby "Van Hawkley Verdonk!...... Just in case you didn't know. Congrats Jen. Not sure but I think I heard she is around 6 months along
